HOW IT WORKS

Let’s break it down for you:

You complete our 1 page landlord membership form, once-off.

• You and the tenant complete our 1 page property application form.
• Once these applications have been submitted and approved within 24 hours, Ensurent notifies you of your guarantee rate (in most cases less than 4.5% of the monthly rental).
• You then complete a standard lease and continue to deal with the tenant normally unless there is a problem.
• If you opted for our guarantee and collection service, payment of rent is paid into your account on the 7th day of the month regardless of whether or not the tenant has made payment.
• If you opted for the guarantee service alone, you simply notify us of any default in payment and the rent is paid into your account by the 15th day of the month following the rental due date.
• Fees can be paid either once off or monthly and if required can be deducted from the monthly rental for your convenience.
• The rental payments are guaranteed by Ensurent for as long as the tenant is occupying the premises and for an additional month thereafter.
•  We also take care of all legal proceedings (if necessary) from start to finish, no questions asked.
